The talents training of higher vocational colleges has attracted more and moreattention of all sectors of society with the progress of economy. On the one hand, regionaleconomic development requires many skilled talents by the higher vocational colleges. Onthe other hand, the students of higher vocational schools are still facing a "find good job"difficult dilemma in the case of current social urgent need for skilled talents. Thecontradiction of supply and demand imbalance blocks the development of highervocational schools. To meet the requirements of vocational talents, currently, HigherVocational colleges are trying various ways and models of cultivation to boost the mass ofTQ, and the co-operative education is currently the most important training model.In addition, the third plenary session of18pointed out: To speed up the developmentof the modern vocational education system, deepening the fusion of production andeducation or university-enterprise cooperation, cultivating high-quality workers and skilledtalents.Co-operative education is an educational model that combines teaching andproduction through the cooperation of Higher Vocational schools and enterprisecooperations. Because of higher vocational schools and enterprises do not have thepractical implementation of co-operative education, the talents trained by higher vocationalcolleges cannot match the demands of social economy. Its cooperation is to stay on thesurface, not go deep into the essence of co-operative education. Therefore, to carry outco-operative education, to raise the quality of vocational students, to end the lack ofemployees situation and to promote regional economy development, the government,enterprises and schools must be committed in co-operative education and finally achievedthe "win-win-win" situation.The article takes talents with application and skills training of department of Machineryand Automation of A vocational and technical college as a research object. Around with thequestion of talents with application and skills training for theoretical research and practicalexploration, the theoretical basis of co-operation education are discussed. In theory,co-operation education abroad is analyzed in the implementation of successes, whichprovide reference for our higher vocational education about training talents withapplication and skills. In practice, this article aims at analyzing constraints of talentstraining from the government, enterprises and schools themselves conditions. Optimize theco-operation education mode, to completing the cultivation of talents with application andskills.
