Teaching activities have influences on the development of students. The responsibility of a teacher is to conduct education and to look for truth. Undoubtedly, preschool education is the primary stage for a whole life’s development, which has played a significant role in the life-long learning. Preschool teachers act as a bridge which links the kids to society. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of promoting the development of preschool education, conducting studies on the professional development of preschool teachers and fostering high qualified preschool teachers is a task which brooks no delay.The thesis focuses on the methods to foster famous preschool teachers and the establishment of the training system, basing on previous researches. With research methods such as document analysis, questionnaire, interviews and comparison and so on, the thesis systematically explores how to establish the training system for famous preschool teachers, which holds regional characteristics on the basis of the investigations on and the current situations in Guangxi so as to put forward the framework for establishing that system.This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter makes an introduction to the origin, significance and methods of the subject and related definitions. The second chapter reviews the current theoretical researches of the training system from the angles of the connotation, features, development of famous teachers in different regions. The third chapter discusses the criterions for being a famous preschool teacher and proposes professional qualifications a famous teacher should have according to the investigations in this thesis. The fourth chapter summarizes the current training systems and modes in Guangxi and makes some supplements. The fifth chapter rethinks profoundly the current training systems and modes to make sure the program conducted scientifically. The sixth chapter discusses a new mode for training early childhood teachers in Guangxi.
