As a vital and fundamental part of education and talent fostering,rural primary school education matters education equality,social harmony as well as balanced growth.Teachers are primary factors to guarantee rural education quality and promote balanced education development.It is necessary to encourage the flow of talents and enhance the stability of teachers in terms of keeping the vitality of teachers.However,because of the huge gap in education between rural and urban areas,many elementary school teachers in rural areas have showed an trend of entering into more developed cities,which leads to the unstable status and decreased quality of teachers in rural areas.This essay mainly focuses on an analysis of working environment,psychological status,views on mobility and personal intention from the perspective of primary school teachers in rural areas,combines with author’s experiences,interviews,etc.Many teachers think that the material and cultural life of their region is not satisfied,they hope to move to a more economically developed region.Some of them have a passion for this job while some teachers feel that they can switch to other professions as long as they can enter into a more developed city.The flow of teachers from these two channels all had an important impact on the stability of the rural primary school teachers and the improvement of teaching quality.To this end,this study has put forward relevant advice,hoping to provide a useful reference for poverty alleviation in rural backward areas.This article includes the following:The first part describes the research background and the significance of the article.And also the research status at home and abroad,the purpose and generalization of the research,the research methods used in this study,and finally the definition of the concept of rural primary school teachers’ mobility.The second part is to summarize the results of the questionnaire survey on the flow of teachers in rural primary schools in C County,Hebei Province.The third part is to summarize the current situation of the unreasonable flow of primary school teachers in rural China,and analyze the reasons for its occurrence.Including: economic reasons,personal needs,management system reasons,lack of incentive mechanism and self-development restrictions,the passiveness of serving rural education and the imbalance of teacher mobility management.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational flow of rural teachers.It mainly includes: improving the salary of rural primary school teachers;establishing a reasonable flow of teachers,improving teacher satisfaction;improving school management mode;attracting excellent teachers to the countryside. |
