Tennis is a highly technical movement, no professional guidance and professor is very hard. Ten step teaching method as a new tennis backhand introduction teaching method, teaching means and concepts in it has the very big change, emphasizes student’s own feelings, as quickly as possible to match pattern, in order to strengthen the beginners for tennis sports interest, make tennis population loss, and continue to expand.Introduction to learning the direct experience is very critical, beginners in the application of ten step teaching method of learning will have a very enjoyable experience directly, which for their interest in the development and continue studying it self-confidence is very helpful. To the main game teaching philosophy, in the introduction to learning is the subversion of the traditional teaching method to technical action oriented teaching concept, pay attention to the tactical awareness and the cultivation of thinking in the course of the game, learning into the technology action learning, strong purpose, for a beginner, is very importantThis paper is to explore the ten step teaching method teaching principle; to deeply analyze the tennis teaching; on the teaching method application in China and science; rich tennis teaching method, fill the blank: vigorously promote tennis ten step teaching method; help beginners and adolescents to find more easy to learn to play tennis method.This research mainly adopts the experimental method of teaching, taking the city of Beijing education of the YuXin school four grades3classes of students and social participants in30human subjects, divided into3experimental groups of adolescents and adults in3experimental groups, respectively, to the ten step teaching method, the traditional teaching method and the traditional ten steps of combining teaching method teaching effects were compared; the ten step teaching method teaching concept and in the collective teaching effect. Conclusions:1Ten step teaching method teaching effect is better.2Ten step teaching method is aimed at beginners enlightening teaching method, the technology to improve the process of technical movements, need to strengthen the stability and normative.3The tactical study on ten step teaching method, the teaching effect is better, can quickly enter into the tennis game mode, the teaching effect is better than the tradition teaching method and traditional ten steps teaching method combining.4In teaching idea, the ten step teaching method is more suitable for the collective teaching, group teaching in primary and secondary schools, students have enough touched the ball, demonstrated by the teaching effect is better than the other two kinds of teaching method.5The traditional ten step teaching method of combination in the beginners entry stage teaching effect is not obvious,because the traditional teaching idea and ten step teaching concept confused, students cannot receive the needed information.
