Research purpose:tennis as a new sport more and more popular with the majority of students love,has become an important institution of higher education,one of the important physical education.However,what kind of tennis teaching method can improve the students' learning effect?This study uses ITF to launch the "ten-step tennis teaching method" as the teaching experiment method,taking Shaanxi Normal University Yanta Campus School of Physics and the second year of the College of Education as the object of study,through the students for tennis skills,Sports interest and special physical fitness and other basic ability of the test,the results of the two groups of students to compare the results of the two teaching methods to analyze whether there are differences and differences in order to improve the quality of college tennis teaching quality Some theoretical and practical basis.Research methods:The research methods adopted in this paper are literature research,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experimental methods and other research methods,Physical college and education college of shaanxi normal university of 40 students were divided into experimental group and control group in experiments,So as to provide valuable experience and lay a certain theoretical foundation for improving the teaching quality of tennis course in colleges and universities.Results:the experimental group and the control group than in height and weight between two aspects don't have significant difference(P>0.05),and standing long jump,50 m running and lung capacity,has a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).(2)the two groups were fully engaged in the comprehensive assessment of technical skills,with significant differences(P<0.05),(3)the experimental group in situ forehand slash hit the average score of 13.18,backhand slash hit the average score of 11.56,the control group in situ slash hit 11.56,backhand slash score of 10.07,with significant Sexual differences(P<0.05).(4)The accuracy of the test group was 11.18 and 9.03,while the control group averaged 9.73 and 8.08,with significant difference(P<0.05).(5)In the experimental group,80%and 12A + 7B + C,71.5%and 9A + 9B +2C were obtained in the two groups,respectively,and the control group(2m,4m)Inthese two tests,68%and 9A + 6B + 5c,57%and 5A + 8B + 4C + 3D were significantly different(P<0.05).(6)The average scores of tennis interception score and action technique were 8.56 and 8.35 respectively.The two scores of the control group were 7.72 and 6.78 respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(7)The average score of the experimental group was 7.14 points,while the average score of the control group was 6.43 points,with significant difference(P<0.05).(8)There were 6.63 in the experimental group and 4.96 in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(9)After the experiment,the competition between the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group achieved better results than the control group.(10)In the survey of tennis interest and internal motivation,the experimental group and the control group were interested in tennis interest,subjective ability,effort/importance,stress/stress,subjective selection and interpersonal communication Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In conclusion:(1)After the end of the experiment,the experimental group using the ten-step teaching method and the control group using the conventional teaching group showed that the values of the two groups were improved in the test of physical fitness of 50 meters,standing long jump and lung capacity.Methods can improve the physical quality of students,after T test,P<0.05,there is a significant difference between the two,ten teaching methods to improve the physical quality is better than the conventional teaching method.(2)After the end of the experiment,the two groups in the technical skills comprehensive evaluation results,the experimental group overall dominant;in the backhand hit,intercept,serve,pull and technical aspects of comparison,both are significant(P<0.05).The experimental group achieved better results than the control group in the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group achieved the success rate and the success rate of the ball in different moving distance(2m,4m)(P<0.05),which indicated that the ten-step teaching method was superior to the conventional teaching group.The results showed that the teaching method was better than the control group.(3)In the survey of different classes,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the course of tennis interest and internal motivation,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).It is more effective to improve students' hobbies,to cultivate students' will,and to stimulate students' internal motivation to learn more.(4)in the use of two teaching methods for teaching,ten step teaching teaching ideas and teaching content more students love,while in the teaching process,to promote teachers and students,students and students of communication and cooperation,so that Teaching atmosphere more active,better improve the quality of teaching.
