As an important part of our educational system, private high school is an important complement to public high school. In recent years, under the correct leadership and support of the Henan Provincial Government, private schools continue to be growing and developed in Z City, which eased the problem of senior student for going to school efficiently. However, since it was in the early stage, influenced and restricted by local specific economic and people’s concept, there are many obvious problems different from public education’s to develop the private education, especially for the development of private high school and implementation of the teaching process. From the investigating on the spot and interview, this paper, based on the ideological and political course teaching of the private high school in Z City, from the important role and significance of growth for the country, schools and students with improving the effectiveness of the private high ideological and political course teaching, is to analyze problems and their causes of the high ideological and political course teaching from the respects of private high school goals, teaching, quality of teachers and students’ present situation, and puts forward the improvement measures from three respects:innovativing school management and developing specialized school, being stable of teachersteam and strengthening the teaching staff; deepening disciplinary reform and enhancing the quality of teaching.Aiming at the attention and consideration caused by social and private education workers on the work of the private high ideological and political course teaching, this paper, in order to enhance the private high ideological and political course teaching effectiveness, to improve the competitiveness and broaden the space during the private high schools, makes some useful explorations.
