Previous studies on Abusive Supervision all take enterprise as its research background, none of it is base on school or put forward Abusive Supervision in school. However, there’s no doubt that Abusive Supervision really exists in school. So the author will combined with the practical school management, put forward the concept of "School Abusive Supervision" in the light of relative study results both at home and abroad. This study has done the following researches by empirical investigation which was set in school:First of all, analyses the necessity and feasibility of studying School Abusive Supervision, from the perspective of optimizing school management and advancing the school development.Secondly, this study thoroughly analyses the producing mechanism of School Abusive Supervision. It has been found that there are various of reasons for School Abusive Supervision, namely, social, individual, objective, subjective, and all of these lie in school organization, leadership and subordinate.Third, the study has proved that there really exist Abusive Supervision in school organization by empirical investigation, and it has its own characteristic that is different from Enterprise Abusive Supervision. It has been found there are difference between subordinates when perceiving abusive supervision, the differences appear in the differences of the gender, nature of the school, classes, marital status, regular staff or not, age, education background, job title, teaching age, working environment, job nature and so on. The study also proved that School Abusive Supervision has significantly positive prediction effect on school staffs’ job satisfaction, organizational justice, mental health, job performance and organization commitment. It has significantly negative prediction effect on the staffs’ job burnout and turnover intention.Finally, management countermeasures are put forward respectively from the school organization, leadership and subordinates to control and manage Abusive Supervision in school organization effectively, which are base on the research conclusion.
