With the development of social and net technology, the learning of students haveundergone profound changes. Teaching and studying platform based on network isgetting more and more attention. Even they have replaced traditional teaching andbecome the main teaching and learning methods in some training and distanceteaching. Under this background, learner analysis on network environment becomesmore important.Learner analysis is an important part of the teaching design. Through learneranalysis, we can determine the learning content, teaching methods, etc. Comparedwith traditional classroom teaching, learner analysis on network environment facesmore challenge. So the analysis contentshould be more abundant and learner analysis on network environment needs newways and methods.In this paper, the background, purpose, necessity, significance, and domestic andaboard researches is be reviewed. Then this paper analyzes the learner analysistheories and relevant theories, defines the learner analysis content, structures thelearner analysis model, discusses system development tools and environment, etc.Based on the model, this article discusses the basic realization methods and designsdevelopment environment, devises the module. At last, this paper illustrates thedebugging of the system.Besides, this paper establishes the learning psychology model, knowledge model,media preferences model, interactive mode, cognitive model, and uses the fuzzyanalysis and cluster analysis method to analyze the model of learners, can get morecomprehensive, objective and comprehensive understanding.
