China is the birthplace of ancient ceramic civilization.Ceramic has a long history and profound culture,which has become a major part of Chinese history and culture.In recent years,more and more scientists and technologists have joined in the research of ancient ceramics,and has accumulated a huge amount of experimental and analytical data of ancient ceramics samples,including rich data and information such as ancient ceramic kiln mouth,Dynasty,site,characteristic element and categories,etc.If we can sort out and classify them,and classify the experimental analysis data of ancient ceramics in each site according to certain rules,and effectively identify the chemical composition obtained from the samples,then we can not only supplement the deficiencies of previous research methods,but also analyze the existing experimental data of ceramic samples with high-tech multivariate statistical methods.The results of experimental processing can be shared,so that more ceramic lovers can continue to study hard,so as to construct a visual identification and analysis System of ancient ceramic data.This System uses Spring MVC and mybatis technology as the main framework,and then uses My SQL as the background database design platform,which is convenient to present an effective database service interface that can manage ancient ceramics.At the same time,it also realizes the function that the System database can import and export excel tables,which is convenient and fast to import data.By using SPSS,SPSS modeler and Java,the factor analysis,discriminant analysis,fuzzy clustering analysis and neural network prediction analysis of ancient ceramics are realized,and the purpose of ceramic discriminant analysis based on standard samples of ancient ceramics data is realized.In the process of designing the System,the expansion of the sample database,the encryption of authority and the security performance of the data are fully considered.This article introduces the theory of factor analysis,fuzzy clustering analysis,discriminant analysis and neural network analysis.Through the newly measured experimental data,the relevant ancient ceramic data in the basic database are exported and put together for data processing.The design process takes the characteristics of sample data and the methods of dataanalysis into account,so as to enhance the practicability of the data identification and analysis System of ancient ceramics.After the implementation and deployment of the System project,the basic functional modules are tested,and the expected progress results show that the system is convenient,safe and reliable in the management of ancient ceramic data classification and screening.When factor analysis,cluster analysis and discriminant analysis are carried out on the new X-ray fluorescence analysis data,the analysis effect of sample data of known categories is good,the result of discriminant classification function is intuitionistic and clear,the conclusion of fuzzy cluster analysis method is more persuasive.Then combining with factor analysis,the spatial position coordinates of the sample points are given,and the neural network is established for the test data Network prediction model that gets high prediction accuracy.The results of these analytical methods are mutually confirmed and complementary,which greatly improves the identification ability of the system and provides scientific basis for the nondestructive identification of ancient ceramics.
