The Study On The Education Demand And Strategy Of Rural Youth

The17th Committee of CPC proposed "new socialist countryside construction", and rural youth just is the backbone of the construction. The main force of transfer of rural surplus labor force and accelerating the urbanization process can’t leave rural youth. And16₃5of the rural youth is vigorous, aggressive of the good times, at the same time, rural youth in this period have received basic education, then their receptivity and learning ability is good. Our state and the society pay continuous attention to the "three rural issues", and the best ability of acceptance and learning and working in the farmers is the rural youth group,so they need more concerns. Rural youth has increasingly recognized that knowledge and skills is the effective way to improve their life and increase economic incomes. Education workers have already fully realized the importance of education service to the rural youth group. Therefore, study the rural youth’s education and analyze the problems existing in the education is very important to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education.The study is from the rural youth’s characteristics, the social development and rural youth’s development to research the rural youth’s requirement of education. Through investigation try to understand the basic situation of the current education, and try to find out their education needs. Then through the analysis the contraction between their education demand and rural youth’s current education and proposed the effective suggestions to fulfill the demands of rural youth’s education. The study take Linxi county in Hebei provinces as an example. Through the form of questionnaire and interview to receive firsthand information, the results of the survey was analyzed with SPSS16.0software. Through the survey understand the basic situation of the education, according to the gap between the practical education and the education demand then proposed relevant countermeasures to fulfill the demands of the education in order to improve the education’s ability for helping rural youth.This research is divided into four parts:The first part mainly explains relative concepts in this research and analyzes its theoretical basis;The second part analyzes the basic situation of the rural youth in education, the current situation, the attitude and the education needs according to the investigation of Linxi county in Hebei province rural youth.The third part according to the result of the survey analyzes rural youth’s education needs and analyzes the contradiction between the demand and supply of education.The fourth part provides the pertinent and effective suggestions to fulfill the demands of rural youth for education based on the current education needs situation.
