With the rapid development of modern science and technology,education indirectly determines the overall level of development of the society as a whole,a better education is not only the assurance of the entire national quality,is also about the future and destiny of the country,more rural children education implementation across the mobility of important tool,in the last few years our country pay attention to rural education,to propel the prosperity and development of,releasing relevant education policy,the policy less affordable,however,targeted is poorer,rural education problem still quite serious,dropped out of the problem is a big obstacle in the development of rural education,and the recessive school dropout behavior of the underlying trend,The increase of recessive dropout phenomenon not only brings a great waste of educational resources,affects the development of rural education,but also brings a huge obstacle to the progress of teenagers themselves,their families and the society.This article mainly from the perspective of social work of the subject,the problem is focused on the x village in my hometown,selection of latent dropout tendency of rural teenagers as the research object,adopts the method of case work investigation and study on the problems of recessive dropped out of the village belongs to the villages and towns school questionnaire survey of 78 junior middle school students,learning for students,family and social status have a preliminary understanding,and x village five junior high school students and their parents face to face interviews,field involved in the process,select a junior middle school second grade student as the research object of case social work,eight cases of intervention activities,Intervention found director at school during the inattention,not intentional learning,don't finish your homework during class,communicate with people in the society of the performance of the same as the recessive drop out the characteristics of the problem,the causes of the problem with teenagers themselves,family and school are larger,ABC theory in this paper,with the aid of the mood,ecological system theory and the theory of edge Angle,starting from the juveniles themselves,family and school level,change the teenagers' irrational cognition,reshape the correct belief,guide the director the right know themselves and the objective environment,eliminate the inferiority mentality,the director to arouse the interest in learning;In addition,parents and school teachers should pay more attention to this kind of group,pay more attention to the psychological education of teenagers in life and study,respect students' differences,cultivate students' goal consciousness,strengthen students' learning motivation,and create a good growth environment for teenagers.
