Education is a systems engineering, different levels of education stages in this system contact closely and influence each other,they composed of the education system. In such a system, the problems with one of the education stages only on its own adjustment are hard to resolve.It must rely on the cooperation and adjusting by other education stages. Thus, attention should be paid to the education of the systematic features, it is compared by different parts and they keep contact closely, pay attention to the education cohesion.However, our country has long ignored the education system, it has lead to the destruction.The stages of the education are lack of communication,it appeared the fracture phenomenon, seriously influenced talent cultivation and national development of our country. Therefore,studying the education system of cohesion and resolving the problem of education fracture are imminent.Education system fracture and cohesion is the two key words throughout this article. The innovation of this article is to propose the pedagogy significance of education system fracture and cohesion, emphasize the macro perspective from the overall assurance education system. The article is divided into five parts, the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the selection reasons, the literature review,study methods,and the thinking and innovation deficiencies; The second chapter from systemic tries,to discuss education and education system of systematic characteristic; Chapter3is analysising the manifestation of education system fracture, the reasons and the influences, this paper concludes the pedagogy meaning of education system fracture; Chapter4proposed the solution strategy on the education system fracture,it should be pay attention to the education cohesion.Compared with the foreign country such as Britain, the United States and Japan’ measures and effects and combine with our country’s specific conditions, in chapter5the author put forward the suggestions of education system for our country.The author thinks that, our country’s education system cohesion should join three Angle, respectively is macro country leading; Medium school as the main body; Teachers’active security education system coherence is the microcosmic. State, schools and teachers with different levels should cooperated actively, and break the stages of education "each does things in his own way", isolated each other, form harmonious complete education system.
