Fracture And Reconstruction:the Life History Of Workers Who Have Been Bought Out

This paper takes the special group whose labor relationship are terminated by enterprise in the process of China's reform and opening up,that is,the state-owned enterprise buy-out workers group as the research object.Focusing on the life xperience after being bought out,through in-depth and dynamic description of the profound changes in the group's labor,material life,social relations,and the mutual recognition of the subject,the others and the society to understand them.Exploring the views,experiences,and psychological states of the buy-out workers,and exploring their life strategies and life value judgments.This paper consists of the preface?three chapters of the main text and the final chapter.From the diachronic and synchronic aspects,combining the existing literature and the author's oral interview data to study the life world of the group of workers who have been bought out.The first chapter analyzes the historical backgr-ound of the chuyang buy-out workers' group from the macro and micro levels.The second chapter focuses on the follow-up state of the working life of this group after being bought out from labor mode?material life and social relationship to show their life course from "unit person" to "social person".The third chapter takes the experience of chuyang workers in occupation,buy-out and chuyang phosphate mine as entering points,through their life history,exploring their mental journey from "unit people" to"social people." These changes reflect the dynamic response of the subjects in social change and their interaction with the state and society.Judging from the personal life history data of the subjects,the group of workers who have been bought out has a profound life experience and clear main memory.These feelings and memories are both common to other groups of workers who have been bought out,they also have the particularity in geography,industry and system.This paper is based on folklore as a functional subject with the study of people's life,through the nuanced investigation of the life and feelings of this group,it maps national policies and social changes from the phenomenon of figurative cultural life of the group.
