Effects of Rotation Constancy Static Magnetic Field on fracture healing study still not saw, this study tries to study the role of Rotation Constancy Static Magnetic Field in fracture healing.80 male SD rats were divided into two groups, magnetic therapy group (M group) and the control group(group C). Then group M and group C were respectively divided into 4 groups, namely M2, C2, C3, M3, C4, M4, M8, and C8 groups by intervention time, each group every 10 only. Made femur closed fracture model in accordance with the method of Zhou Xiaozhong. Rats of M group were treated in magnetic field 30 minutes per day,6 times per week. And Drawed materials when 2,3,4,8 weeks after fracture, measuring bone density by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry BMD instrument, take the femoral full-length samples, conventional paraffin embedding, taking organization form and HE dyeing. Using the image analysis software measurement sample callus tissue. Experimental data adopt double factor analysis of variance processing.Confirmation by the X-ray radiography, success rate is 82.47%.similar with other reports in the literature. This article also discusses the influence of the factors and the cause of death after surgery. In the continuous fracture healing process, the healing process of the M groups were earlier than the C groups. After Magnets for three weeks, the trabecular bone appeared, Osseous callus increased, Fibrous callus were less than the control group; after four weeks magnets fibrous callus almost disappear, cartilage callus rare or disappear, osseous callus connected, bone trabeculae maturity is higher, the degree of thickness was same. This experiment Observed the osteoblasts was active while osteoclast was rare. Callus begun rebuilding styling at this time. RCSMF can promote organic calcium directly deposition in new bone, and promote fracture healingBy increasing BMD. The I.0 b/I.0 c in matrix increased largely when three weeks after fracture, showing osteogenesis process was active and new bone formation increased. Four weeks, I.0 b/I.0 c reached peak. At this time, the bone formation was most active, performancing bone trabeculae area percentage is higher, width of bone trabeculae was the smallest. RCSMF accelerated early bone marrow stromal cells for osteoblast differentiation. New bone formation faster, this change may be magnetic field increase osteoblast inside of the enzyme activity and caused by accelerating mRNA transcription. Three weeks and four weeks RCSMF intervention can accelerate callus proliferation osteoblast differentiation within calcification. In fracture healing mid-late osteoclast appeared a certain degree of proliferation, influencing by osteoblasts remarkable hyperplasia. But this phenomenon didn't mean effect of RCSMF on osteoclast positive. Further study is necessary. The effect of RCSMF on fracture healing 2 weeks only in terms of osteoblast. In the action of RCSMF for three and 4 weeks, Osteogenesis process of the magnetic therapy group were more active than the control group, osteogenesis process were faster than the control group. RCSMF promoted new bone formation of fracture position. Researchers should adjust height of farmar according to the rat femoral muscle and the diameter of different thicknesst in mould process, in order to reduce postoperative mortality. The risk of death is largest after 3 days in rats. We should pay attention to diet and nursing work during this time. Study found that reducing pain stress response effectively could avoid rats death.
