With the rapid economic development to speed up the process of social mobility, migrant children as a social group cannot be ignored. Migrant children is an important human resources to our country. It’s also will be the backbone of the nation-building. However, migrant children are currently under a variety of adverse effects from the community. They are fall in the state of an aphasia.In order to promote migrant children to better integrate into society and to adapt to city life, TEDA social service centers as an example in the previous research results on the basis of the review and analysis of flow through the organization of children’s activities, and detailed records of activities of the process, have the effect of the migrant children in the intervention of social workers, sum up experience, try to collect first-hand information analysis of the social workers can play a role in the ability of children’s emotional interaction and in order to propose a set of molding theory, which to some extent, fill the blank of the previous studies, better theories of the rich culture of the academic community on how the social workers involved in children’s emotional ability to interact.The paper select the depth interviews, action research methodology, to take the participant observation and other methods to collect and analyze data, course of action mainly using the social work group work methods, and theories of social work and sociology of emotions. This study attempts to bring social work knowledge to the ability of migrant children emotional interaction, namely the use of professional knowledge and methods of social work, the organization of the study area for children and parents to participate in activities designed to cultivate the emotional ability to interact through a participatory observation, depth interviews of parents and children and the author’s own reflection, explore the culture with regard to the role of social work and social workers in the mobile children’s emotional interaction, and ways to achieve these effects, and briefly assess their effectiveness. Hope that through this study to identify the culture of mobile children’s emotional ability to interact within the community of the city for the mainland of China, try to explore the social worker is different from the culture of the mobile children’s emotional ability to interact and Community Organizations, governments, families, schools, a variety of children’s emotional interactive parenting classes and residents in their own role and roles.
