Psychological drama will try to be used in interpersonal social work in this study then their methods will be combined with job skills organically, let the group members from different angles of view see communication situations, and gradually raise self expression ability, understand the feelings of the others deeply, and enhance the group members of empathy ability, so as to solve common problems—expression is not sufficient, participation and empathy ability are not high. Meanwhile, the researcher tries to use the psychological drama to make the problems of team members expose to team members gradually, through interaction and communication between group members, and promote the integration between team members, improve disclosure enthusiasm of team members, and implement team goals better. In addition, the experience within a team and the real situations has a certain similarity, therefore, it can promote the ability of team members to solve the question through the psychological drama and the combination of team work, and promote development of individuals. Therefore, the aim of this study is to realize the goal of the group, see groups evaluation as the basis, combined with the practical steps in the group process, applicant psychological drama in the social work, explore a new mode of team work, then provide a beneficial reference to solve the problem of interpersonal relationship.Through the access of the existing literature in the study, and the author summarized the research contribution in communication and psychological drama—research on the interpersonal relationship, analysis of the causes and the exploration of countermeasures of interpersonal relationship, the study of the theory and application of the psychological drama, it is the foundation of the study. According to the programme of teamwork, the author screens the team-staff and confirm team members through the diagnosis scale of college students personal relationship, the test scale of character and assessment results of SCL-90and there are20people will be participated in this group. All the members of the group was divided into experimental group and control group, and the six activities were conducted by the peer—counselling studio of Huazhong Agriculture University. The research makes the social work as the carrier, mixes psychological drama into the group of interpersonal communication of college students. Through six activities to show the entire process of social work, combined with self-rating scale (suitable for group counseling for the end of the overall assessment), group members self-rating scale (suitable for each group after the party assessment), feedback form of group activities, self assessment form of group satisfaction and custom "college students personal relationship questionnaire" as the whole team assessment tools to assess activities, then gets the achievements of the group activities.According to the evaluation results of the social work, this study made some achievements. First, the integration of the psychological drama and team work is feasible, both them have some similarities in theoretical basis and work target, so they can learn applicant from each other. Second, the effective of fusion between psychological drama and team work is obvious. Integration of psychological drama and team work can effectively avoid the problem of team members low participation and inadequate of group target, have more advantageous in the solution of interpersonal relationship problem and promote college students improving interpersonal relationships and the benign development. Third, psychological drama and team work in the way of practice can be fusion. The basic elements of psychological drama and team work have some similarities, they can transform to be each other in the elements. At the same time, both them through the technology integration can let members participate in group activities more active, also can improve the actual effect of group activities. Finally, the fusion of psychological drama and team work has important practical significance. Through the integration between psychological drama and social work, the author discovered that the group members’ emotional experience is very obviously when they participate in group activities, and they are also more likely to perceive their advantages and disadvantages, then they have a clear understanding on themselves when they confront problems and puzzles. In a word, the way of the fusion provides a new practice idea to solve the problems or confusion of the school students, help students work launch effectively and promote students’development healthy.
