A Study On The Psychological Drama And Its Application

Combining the types,technology and practice,this study draw up specific counseling programs according to the characteristics of subject investigated,and probed the practice and application of psychological drama taking college students' interpersonal relationship as example.First,Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Scale by RiChang Deng was adopted to investigate current status of more than 500 college students.Then the 64 students recruited were grouped and analyzed the results within group,among groups,and tracked ones using paired simple T-test to evaluate the effect the psychological drama pose on interpersonal relationship among college students.Main conclusions reached are listed below:(1)Results showed that,the interpersonal relationship is not very good.Bothering in making friends and social-intercourse have the highest proportions,while the way people treats each other occupies the lowest.Vast differences in interpersonal relationship can be found in different class of college students.The interpersonal relationship of post-graduate is better than that of undergraduate.Students elder than 20 has less problems than students under 20.Gender,only-child or not,major and native place have little connection with inter-relationship.(2)Predicaments in interpersonal relationship of college students can be alleviated by psychological drama,and the effect still exist even after two weeks.Psychological drama directed by psychodrama will improve the interpersonal relationship and enrich the practice of mental health education.(3)Main healing factors of psycho-scene-dramas includes: methods of psychological drama,cooperate among team members,active atmosphere,guidance of leaders,close-to-life procedures and contents,and role reversal and so on.
