China has entered a new era of socialism and proposed to establish a team of teachers to meet the needs of globalization and education modernization.How to strengthen the professional training of regional education teachers has become an important research topic.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign teachers’ professional training literature,this paper uses the teacher adult learning theory and humanism as the research foundation,and uses the literature method,questionnaire method and case study method to analyze the current trend of teacher professional training.The paper researches the problems of teacher professional training in Nansha District and proposes practical training strategies.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction.First of all,it expounds the background significance of the research and puts forward the research content and method.Then,based on the teacher adult learning theory and humanistic theory,the related concepts are defined.By analyzing the research literature of professional training of teachers at home and abroad,the trend of global teacher professional training is obtained.The second part is the status and existing problems of teacher professional training in Nansha District.By investigating the status of teacher professional training and training needs in Nansha District,there are problems: First,the concept of teacher training needs to be updated.Second,the lack of flexibility in the way teachers are trained.Third,the content of teacher training is not targeted.Fourth,the evaluation system for teacher training is not in place.The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the professional training of teachers in Nansha District.The main reason is that teachers lack professional value recognition,trainers neglect teachers’ training needs and teachers’ professional training system is not perfect.The fourth part is the practical exploration of teacher professional training in Nansha District.The fifth part is the strategy of regional teacher professional training.Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration of teacher professional training,the strategy of professional training for teachers in China is put forward,in order to benefit the reform of teacher training.
