In2000China has formally become one of the aged countries in the world, at the same time old-age care has become a hot topic to which government and society pay high attention. Facing the situation of "Aging before Wealthy", the government issued a series of policies and measures to alleviate the old-age care pressures at present. The pressure of providing for the aged in city is increasing; meanwhile, providing for the aged in rural area (PAA) is more difficult. Household PAA take on the appearance of "More aged Less Young" because of a growing trend towards less children, smaller families and children going out to work. The function of household PAA is weakened. Aged People in Organization is also difficult to implement in rural area. One reason is that rural elderly influenced by traditional culture is not willing to live in nursing home. The other reason is that the rural elderly and their families cannot afford the expensive charge of elder-caring organization. It is less likely to implement Community-based housing support in rural because the living space is relatively far from each other as well as the population of administrative village is small, which limits the implementation of Community-based housing support. Mutual help between the aged can be implemented in rural, but only minority aged benefit from the service and the service is single. The major existing old-age care modes have certain limitations in solving problem of providing for the aged in rural, therefore, this paper attempts to construct a new hybrid model of providing for the aged, which is composed of professionals and volunteers who will provide diet and daily life, health care, professional seminars, emotional support, psychological counseling, sports and entertainment services. The organization bearing these functions is called "Opening Service Center for the Elderly".
