| The hidden concepts of preschool teachers are that she doesn’t realize but implicitted in their teaching words and deeds, passing to the children. Due to some hidden idea could play a positive and active role in education, and some may have a passive and negative impact on education, it is most likely contribute to negative effects on children,if teachers hidden concepts not be given enough attention.Therefore, in this study, the hidden concepts which are hidden during the teaching process were investigated using the observation, case analytical method and literature method. Self-examination was also discussed in this work.According to the investigation, the hidden concepts transmitted by the teacher in the teaching process include:first, the humanity is noblest than any other species. All the values are from anthropocentricity that everything is serviced to humans.Then, Transcendentalist view of knowledge, that knowledge is prior to the children’mind. the learning process is the concept or knowledge "reproduce". Third, the extensive morality teaching values, is about teaching as a tool to instill moral discipline to the members of society. Fourth, the fictional teaching situation, teaching situation is illusory and unrealistic. Fifth, pursuing ideal teaching effect,and teachers believe that successful teaching is the teaching program is successful realization of teaching the results of the successful completion of the standard. The teaching of children’s interests, needs and thinking of all of the valuable spark became insignificant minutiae of teaching.Based on the analysis of the hidden concepts existed in the teaching process, the self-examination was carried out and revealed:first, the teacher should be awestruck to the nature,Respect the laws of nature, respect for nature nature. Secondly, inartificial teaching process should be pursed, and Respect for the children’s subjectivity.finally, the teacher must be pay attention to the true life experience of the children,and Focus on children’s emotional experience, emotional experience and real life. |
