Teaching model is the important elements of Teaching in Physical Culture, an important manifestation to reflect the effect of a class teaching, an important issue in teaching theoretical studies of modern sports, the traditional mode of teaching to the teacher as the center, there is no dominant position of the outstanding students in the past, a long tradition of martial arts teaching, most teachers class generally kept a lack of teaching atmosphere, teachers to complete the task of teaching and teaching, while ignoring the effect of teaching and students’ interests, simple martial arts teaching dull, while ignoring the students’ enthusiasm, ignoring the true value and meaning hidden in the martial arts teaching, and thus give rise to the phenomenon of a majority of students like martial arts do not like martial arts class on this situation, by seeking to take advantage of a new teaching model applied to the martial arts teaching in order to come to improve and reform the quality of teaching martial arts class, and to provide reference based on the deepening teaching reform.This paper attempts to Outward Bound teaching at home and abroad on the basis of the theory and practice, combined with the characteristics of the martial arts teaching martial arts teaching status, the effect on students to expand training teaching model in the College Wushu Teaching in this study. Literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics, logical analysis, experimentation, and research methods. By the contrast before and after the experiment, the use of standard scales and questionnaires to measure the teaching situation, and then the experimental data processing and analysis.The findings show that Outward Bound teaching mode universities Wushu them is feasible, and can play the traditional teaching of the reach of a unique role. The following conclusions:use Outward Bound teaching in universities Wushu mode, can enhance students’community cohesion and sense of cooperation, to improve students’interpersonal relationships, enhance students’ interpersonal skills, enhance health, enhance student learning in the dominant position and learning interest to enhance students’ ability to adapt to society, and contribute to students’ mastery of the martial arts skills. To give full play to the Outward Bound teaching model to a certain extent, this paper proposes flexible use of the Outward Bound teaching mode, and enhance the comprehensive quality of teachers and strengthen the cultivation of students’ learning abilities proposals.
