| When we come from characteristics and the nature of mathematics the cognitive features of students , the using of GSP such tools , through the teaching and learning of mathematics test to influence students cognitive construct significantly. Help students understanding the nature of mathematics and to foster the spirit of students in mathematics, and found innovative capacity, we understand the nature and the time of mathematics education era. GSP created the ideal environment for doing mathematics, it broke with the tradition of foot-conventional teaching methods. GSP show Dynamic graphics in front of students, making students have a tools to communicate geometric figure with geometric language ,in this way ,GSP greatly enhance student learning, improve student participation. So, it is necessary to talk about the theory and practice of GSP.
