In1999, China officially entered the aging society, the elderly population countries pay more attention is on the increase, old education development is accelerated. However, near retirement or just retired elderly people has not reached the standard has not been given sufficient attention. Especially at the age of45-60age groups, they are in the late middle age, and each have their own characteristics. At that age are the backbone of society, social pressure and social roles of the biggest, most problems, is also the most complex, implementation of education is the key to the enterprise as the main body for working the retiring workers for training in counseling, is designed to help workers from the body and mind two aspects of life after retirement for regulation and planning. In order to better carry out education and education for the aged joins, also with the intention of geriatric education phase difference. This education is necessary is meaningful. Due to the age limit, a partially retired but still belongs to the ages of people, such as45years retired personnel should also accept emeritus adaptability training, but because these people have the original unit from the exit, the identity is not belong to the original units and workers, can not enjoy the enterprise as the design training courses. Therefore, these people are actually being emeritus adaptability education overlooked by a blind spot. These people after retirement activities is the main community, community positions on this group education is. a kind of inevitable is a trend. Therefore, this research is community as a unit, for the groups related to retire adaptability education demand investigation, according to the survey of the obtained information and reflect the related problems, put forward some coping strategies.This study has the following several aspects:The first chapter:introduction. This chapter introduces the background, research significance, one, the modernization of our country need to retirees continue to play a role; two, emeritus adaptability education is conducive to physical and mental health of retired staff development; three, emeritus adaptability education for the construction of learning society and to provide the basis; four, emeritus adaptability education contribute to lifelong education system improvement; five, emeritus adaptability education in building harmonious society is the realistic requirement. Research methods: documentary analysis, questionnaire, interview, comparative study of law.Chapter second:concept clarification. On the community, community education, retirement, middle-aged retirees, emeritus adaptability education concept. On the domestic and foreign related emeritus adaptability education theory review, including the United States and Japan the pre-retirement education emeritus adaptability training as well as our country about the retirement of adaptability education.Chapter third:an overview of relevant theory. Human resources, functional literacy, human society, people-oriented and people’s comprehensive development, comprehensive development theory and emeritus adaptability education association.The fourth chapter:present situation investigation and analysis. Including the persons being investigated the basic situation and the needs of education and participation in two aspects. One of the problems and the corresponding countermeasures.The fifth chapter:emeritus adaptability education vision and prospect. One is to establish a community-driven, enterprises as the auxiliary emeritus adaptability education system. The necessity and feasibility that:1, many companies having a heart but no strength, difficult;2, the community has be fichly endowed by nature resource advantage;3, community education, convenient management, courteous service;4, community-driven, easy to learn good; two is the formation of community management committee, the resident units and private training schools linkage training base. In1, the community management committee led by the resident units;2, the all-round cooperation;3, private training school booster; three is a government attention, full support to enterprises, and actively cooperate with the education consensus. In1, the government should pay high attention to retire adaptability education;2, enterprises should give full support to retire adaptability education development;3, the worker should take an active part in emeritus adaptability education training; four is to foster respect for personal development as the premise, the construction of learning type community as the goal of the harmonious idea. This is an important part of this research, attempts from four aspects to put forward the feasible strategy.This is the last of the research summary. The main analysis of the research process and problems encountered in the research of future prospects.
