| In college, the counselors are very important not only to ideological and political education, but also to daily management of contemporary undergraduates. In the pullulation of the contemporary undergraduates, they are mentors. In the course that the higher education is transforming from elite education to popular education, to the counselor in higher education institution, the character of the Professionalization have been distinct increasingly. Along with the headway of the situation, the college student affairs need the Practitioner to have special and unique knowledge, skill and culture.This thesis first stipulates the objectives and definitions of the professionalism of counselors in colleges and universities, reviews the history of construction and development of the counselor system and counselor team, and summarizes the characteristics of the team building of counselors. Second, it analyses the inadequacy and problems of the counselor team building and explores the causes of problems, based on the present situation of the counselor team building, guided by overall, coordinated and sustainable scientific thought of development. Third, it proposes the initial assumptions and strategies, to amend the present situation of non-professionalization of the counselor team building, that is, unstable counselor team and ambiguous role orientation of counselors.The innovation of this thesis lies as follows:based on the summarization of the present situation, problems and causes of the non-professionalization of the counselor team building in our colleges and universities, it discusses the ways to professionalize the team building of counselors, and proposes the initial strategies and suggestions. |
