| Classroom teaching skills is an important part of a teacher’s comprehensive teaching abilities, which represent a teacher’s inner qualities and guarantee efficient information transmission and teaching task completion. Normal school students, who will become teachers in the future, should pay attention to practice and enhance their classroom teaching skills to meet the demands of their future teaching jobs.Based on the micro teaching training and questionnaires after classes aiming at normal students majoring in history in Grade2007of Central China Normal University, this paper is consisted of the following three parts:In the first part, combining the author’s records on microteaching training of normal students with questionnaires after classers, the author analyzes the problems of normal students’teaching skills as well as the reasons contributing to these problems. The author also explains some typical problems with a few examples. In the second part, combining education and teaching theory with the author’s own experience, the author discusses the ways of improving normal students’ classroom teaching skills and chooses some good cases for students to study and refer to. In the third part, according to the practical demands of history teaching in contemporary high school, the author advances some suggestions of improving normal students’classroom teaching skills in normal university on the knowledge, skill and practice perspectives.This paper helps normal students come up with better ways to improve their classroom teaching skills and facilitates normal universities to modify their schemes to cultivate normal students. The ultimate aim of this paper is to promote normal students’ better development and improve the quality of teaching staff. |
