As university enrollment expansion of thorough, the higher education has entered into thepopularization stage in our country, Due to the influence of various factors, at present ourcountry college graduates facing huge pressure of employment, How to effectively solve theproblem of college students’ employment has become the most important problem in educationarea and all the society.It is well known, the higher education of America in a leading position in the world, but infact the1970’s America higher education also experience over-education problem, the collegestudents’ employment located difficult situation. In this question analysis and respond,over-education has been improved obviously, higher education back on the right track. Thispaper try to from the1970’s American higher over-education problem, the thesis analyzes thebackground of over education, solve the problem in the United States when the measures taken,and in-depth analysis of higher education in our country and the characteristics of the presentsituation of over, and the deep reasons behind for our country to higher education overphenomenon in the present stage of enlightenment.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part of over-education theory was reviewed in this paper. Mainly from overeducation theory explain, type classification and measurement methods on three aspects of overeducation theory.Chapter2discusses mainly the20century seventy s America over-education productionreason and the corresponding countermeasures. Higher education respectively from the universal,science and technology development and changes in the industrial structure, economic crisisthree Angle to explain the70s over education happen the specific reason, from employmentpolicy and employment regulations of general education formulated, the combination ofvocational education and application, to perfect the employment guidance system, theschool-enterprise cooperation four aspects: the over education situation facing the United Statesof the taken measures and the effect.The third part of our country’s higher education and analysis of the present situation ofover-education. The higher education first analyzed with relativity over-education, structuralover-education, long-term over-education three main characteristic; And then to sum up theeconomic level of higher education development limited, the unreasonable, special systemenvironment and traditional their ideas and deep reasons; Finally discusses the impact of overeducation, including lower personal income, affect productivity, cause the waste of resources and the credit crisis, cause social unrest, clarify to solve this problem, the importance and necessity.Based on the analysis of the fourth chapter in front, and combining with the specificconditions in China, economic development, increase from higher education reform, eliminatethe institutional obstacles, sets up the correct employment idea several levels in China putforward to solve over education phenomenon.
