Employment is the people’s livelihood, the issue of employment of collegestudents, not only related to the future and destiny of the individual, but also related tosocial harmony and stability. In recent years, with China’s higher education into thepopular education, the employment situation of graduates are increasingly severe,the difficult employment became the focus of attention of the whole society.Popularization of Higher Education, student employment difficulty for many reasons:existing social, family, school, and other objective factors; another college studentsown ability literacy and employment value orientation bias the existence of subjectivefactors.
