Cambodia is located in the southeast Asia south peninsula south, east and southeast border with Vietnam, the southwest near the gulf of Thailand, Thailand and neighbors from northwest north Laos. Cambodia is a typical agricultural country modern higher education in Cambodia still belongs to new things, its history is only less than 60 years, higher education is in a period of turmoil fluctuates. Because of many historical reasons, higher education in Cambodia in the 1970 s is lagging behind, many developing countries in the 80 s to recover. In recent 10 years, under its own efforts and the assistance of the international community, education has made considerable development of Cambodia. The Cambodian government launched a number of regulatory reform measures, in order to guide the vigorous development of higher education to more formal management, better service to the needs of the country.Employment is vital to people’s livelihood, in recent years, the employment of university graduates is the hot issues of common concern to society, is one of the major challenges facing the Cambodian government, a large number of college graduates can’t timely employment has become the important factors that affect social stability and economic development. The causes of graduate employment difficulties is very complex, in many factors affecting the employment of university graduates, this article choose from the perspectives of teaching quality in colleges and universities employment problems, explore the teaching quality related factor’s influence on employment, which teaching quality factors can produce great influence on graduate employment, how to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities to promote adulates employment competition force, alleviate employment pressure, the purpose of this paper answered these questions. Therefore, in the case of Cambodia College teaching quality is not high on the impact of employment, to carry on the related research and discussion, have very strong realistic meaning, can further enhance the teaching quality of the universities in Cambodia and reduce the difficult employment problem.The full text is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, points out the problems and the research background and research significance, on the basis of literature review, analyzes the research status both at home and abroad, Cambodia, puts forward the research train of thought and theory basis. Reviewing the history of the second part is the literature review, review the quality of teaching theory and the connotation of the human resources theory, and from two aspects of knowledge and ability of graduates graduate social professional requirement for the quality of teaching are put forward. The third part of Cambodia’s higher education school teaching quality impact on university students’ employment situation. Higher education reform and development, from Cambodia to Cambodia in the new century higher education reform and the system of higher education degree and development is described in three aspects: the status of the teaching quality of higher education school of Cambodia, and then, from the teaching effect, teachers’ academic experience, teachers teaching, teaching content and curriculum and so on six aspects investigated the influence of the teaching quality of graduate employment. The fourth part is the main factors influencing the teaching quality in colleges and universities, from teachers, students, and curriculum and so on several aspect analyses the main factors affecting the teaching quality in colleges and universities. The fifth part, the fifth part is the teaching quality of higher education and employment, analyzed the teachers’ role in promoting social influence on employment, put forward to improve the teaching quality of teaching innovation and development train of thought. The sixth part, the Cambodian higher school teaching quality impacts on university students’ employment a brief summary.
