China’s new curriculum standards enter the implementation stage at present, and the curriculum reform has been in full swing. Walking in the curriculum the forefront, the mathematics curriculum reform shoulder the heavy responsibility to lead and deepen the quality of education. The new math materials, into the rich flavor of life and a new teaching philosophy, mathematics and life, mathematics and students, mathematics and games and so on,closely links the real math into life, into the students. It thus forms a people-centered, teacher-student interaction, life and explore the atmosphere in the classroom, but also for our occupational early teachers with unprecedented challenges. Compared with expert teachers, post early teachers face double weight of teaching experience is relatively pale and the task of teaching to complete school requirements and to improve the enrollment rate. If we wish the spirit of the new curriculum truly implemented into daily classroom instruction, and the enrollment rate and quality education into a truly unified, global teaching idea is badly need in our occupational early teachers. As we know, high school three years of mathematics education, can not guarantee that every student can be promoted to first-class post-graduate institutions, but the teachers have the responsibility to teach their thinking and problem-solving skills, which fully comply with the spirit of our new curriculum mathematics, and therefore requires teachers on their own high school years of teaching an overall planning and the planning and implementation to the usual teaching.This article through literature study and practice of research, founds that the gap between early-grade teachers and expert teachers in the classroom teaching reflected that a major factor is the strength of the concept of global view. Global view of teaching is mainly reflected in two aspects, divided into explicit and implicit. Dominant impact refers to the handling of textbooks, teaching the details of the master; recessive which means the teachers in three years high school the overall planning, development, develop their own teaching goals and teaching programs in six school segments and put into action, so that students implemented to the usual teaching, and the formulation of the objectives and plans not only based on the new curriculum standards as a reference. Global view of teaching makes a obvious meaning of the professional growth of the occupational early teachers, so their overall concept of culture is particularly important. Educational practice, developed on the basis of understanding of the global concept of the training strategy as soon as possible for the post of teachers in the early development and mature operational and theoretical guidance.
