With the development of New Curriculum Reform, Information Technology in high school steps in a stage of constant development. At present, some old traditional teaching methods and teaching mode makes teaching in the clasaroom lack vitality and fun. So the teaching efficiency is not high and the enthusiasm of students’studying is not high. How to make use of information technology and internet resource effectively has become an important research project for the most educators and researchers.To create an information learning platform for students where they can explore independently, be good at communication and cooperate initiatively. Moodle is one of the most popular CMS in the world at present, because it is open source software and free. In addition, we can installation and use this software very easy. These advantages makes the teachers and enthusiasts all around the world can participate in the design and development of the system. The information technology teaching of senior school leaning upon Moodle platform can improve our class teaching efficiency effectively.The author analyses the contents of Information Technology in high school and propose the proper teaching modelsand design process of Moodle course according to different contents. The author designs teaching illustrations that web-Learning based on questions and learning based on WebQuest on the support of Moodle platform, which uses the contents of compulsory section of Information Technology in high school as the research theme.This thesis is consisting five chaptersChapter one:brief introduction to the research background, the purpose of the research and research method.Chapter two:expounded the design theory and function system of Moodle platform.Chapter three:analyse the contents of Information Technology in high school and propose the proper teaching modelsand design process of Moodle course according to different contents.Chapter four:designs teaching illustrations that web-Learning based on questions and learning based on WebQuest on the support of Moodle platform, which uses the contents of compulsory section of Information Technology in high school as the research theme.Chapter5:summarizing the experience and problems that existed in the research and made an expectation into the future.
