Liang Qichao is a proven track record pioneer in the field of modern education. He not only discusses the education, more hands engaged in educational activities, and therefore has a very rich discourse about teachers, has made tremendous contributions to the cause of China’s modern education. This article about Liang Qichao teachers’ideology analysis and reflection from the following three-part:The first part examines the formation of Liang Qichao teachers’ideology. Divided into four phases:preparation phase, was born before into the trees Cottage knowledge preparatory period; into the early stages, through the trees and thatched cottage and the signs of the times the school’s practice, the initial formation of the teachers’ideology; rich stage experience in politics, exile in Japan, Europe, travel back, to expand and enrich the thinking of their teachers; mature stage, the thought of Liang Qichao teachers return to school education system has been formed. Then explore the causes of their teachers’ideology from the era, the family and key figure.The second part describes the content of teachers’thought of Liang Qichao, Summarized from five aspects:First, the status and role of the teacher. Liang Qichao pay more attention to the important status and role of teachers in the field of education, as well as the right that teachers should; Second, the professional characteristics of teachers, including teacher-student unity, self-serving altruism, absolute freedom; Third, teachers should have the professionalism, including professional ethics, professional knowledge, professional competence; Fourth, teacher education of Liang, depending on teacher education, basing of the group learn to develop the teacher education system, open the first river of Teacher Education in Modern theory; Fifth, how to be an educator, Liang Qichao thought educator should look down upon fame and wealth, devotion to education, outlook on life, bitter optimistic spirit, and perseverance.The third part analyzes the characteristics and practical significance of the Liang Qichao teachers’ideology, mainly reflected in:the practice to put the unity of theoretical innovation; scattered and the unity of the system of thought, and his teachers’ideology put forward in the full lessons of the history of the tradition of excellence based on the combination of its own experience and modem social background, his thinking is very targeted and effective, and still has a certain reference and guidance values for the development of modern education.
