The theoretical results are very limited perspective of gender research and education and is few in home, which conducted the study, in particular, the results of research on education is extremely rare, suggesting that China’s current education policy research in a gender perspective missing. Based on this background, the researcher carried out the study on this issue.The researcher found in the previous research data collection process, although a lot of research on teacher education and research in the past, but most of the teachers concerned about the macro level teaching and research life, only the teachers’ teaching and research as a teacher career part of the means of the professional development of teachers. Teachers teaching and research initiatives and more from the education administrative departments, school policy level, out of the real life of the teachers, there is no depth to the actual life of the teacher. Theoretical research on the life of the teacher’s teaching and research from a gender perspective is still no specialized papers, there are only some fragment of discourse. Teachers teaching and research activities as a way of life, pay attention to the context of teaching and research activities, the nature of research is even scarcer. Researcher from a gender perspective to study the gender culture of high school male teachers in the teaching and research in life has its own unique perspective. This study concerned the development of teachers, more focus for teaching and research life of the male teachers, to some extent, fill the blank for the study of life of male teachers in teaching and research.In this thesis, it is made up of six parts:Chapter1Introduction; overview description of the life of the Chapter2, high school male teachers in teaching and research; Chapter3reasons; Chapter4the impact of gender on the life of high school male teachers in teaching and research; Chapter5high school male teachers teaching and research strategy research, and the conclusion of the life. Researchers in its five high school male teachers in the school where the "quality" research "narrative" as the object of the study, profiling high school male teachers a lot of teaching and research in teaching and research in life events, trying to show the status of high school male teachers in the teaching and research in life through the narrative, and from a gender perspective to analyze the reasons for the formation of such gender culture, and then dig out the impact of gender on the life of high school male teachers in teaching and research, and strategic research based on this study, the feasibility of recommendations on the development of the male teachers.Educational Narrative Research is divided into a "narrative of educational action research" and "anthropological studies of narrative, the researcher is an in-service Master of Education, in this study as" researchers "narrative" and "narrative "the role of narrative content involved in their work practice, therefore, I conducted this research is essentially a" narrative action research.
