With the "teacher as researcher" voice rising, research activities become a main way of each teacher development.Teaching life is the important part of teachers’ occupation career. Along with the education fairness and social destiny of women increasingly concerned about the female occupation, which makes the realization of the value of female life and the quality of life elevated have become the education sector and the community attention focal point. In school education, female teachers occupying an increasingly large proportion.female teachers professional ability and professional accomplishment have a great impact on the education quality promotion. Because the teaching and research as the main way to improve teachers’ professional, female teachers’ living condition is bound to have an important impact on their professional life and daily life.In this study,we make the female junior high school teachers as the research object. Choosing the stage of female teachers, mainly because of the junior middle school stage plays a vital role and holds an important position in the basic education and the popularization of compulsory education.In addition, the junior middle school stage is the individual development of the important period of transition, which is also the individual growth process of the" rebellion". In this stage, students not only gain knowledge and improve the ability of ideological and moral cultivation, but also be a key period of improve the mental quality. In this period the students education, teachers require more skills and abilities, also require that teachers should pay more experience and hard work. As a result, junior middle school teachers’ the research life will have an important impact on quality education for their students on. This study adopts narrative research methods and chooses two school fieldwork, one is a Z school in Guilin of Guangxi province, another is a X middle school in Fujian of Quanzhou province. I carried on a period of three months of follow-up study about the two junior high school female teachers teaching life and collected rich materials. Through lectures, teaching and research activities involved in personal interviews and other methods, I had a comprehensive understanding of the junior high school female teachers teaching life condition and the teaching life showing gender culture in mining and analysis, explores the hidden in the research on gender culture essence of life phenomenon. Hoping for providing reference to the junior high school female teachers teaching and the quality of life improving.This research is divided into four parts:the first part is on the junior high school female teachers teaching life drawing and mining gender culture in junior high school female teachers’ life embodiment. The second part is junior high school female teacher mining life of gender culture, exploring the reasons mainly from three aspects that the traditional idea, the junior middle school stage specificity and regional culture.The third part is gender culture effect on junior high school female teachers’ life. Everything has its two sides, gender culture as a social construction results, it has dualism influence on the junior middle school female teachers’ life.This part in the second part drawing based on junior high school female teacher living in sex culture to carry on the thorough analysis and clarifying its on junior high school female teachers teaching life. The fourth part is that giving more rationalization proposals from the perspective of gender of junior middle school female teachers’ life and putting forward a kind of gender sensitive research life from the level of the school and teacher level.Believing that junior high school female teachers should not be a gender to avoid teaching life,they must recognize the special nature of gender, play to their sex advantage, reduce gender defects caused by impact to implementation of junior high school female teachers as a man、woman、conscious people characteristic of the real existence.
