At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, Chinese society in politics, economic, culture and other aspects has got lots of great changes. All these are different from the traditional society and they have exerted a great influence on the current society. As the college students of the new era, we are in the key stage of social transformation, under the background of social transformation, college enrollment makes the number of the university students doubled growth, because of the enterprises’concept of deviation, college students’personal knowledge, self evaluation and other reasons, the graduate students may encounter many setbacks and difficulties. The employment of college students is closely related not only to themselves, but also to social stability and economic development, at the same time, it will greatly affect the construction of socialist harmonious society, therefore, in the current society, we must take a rational view of the phenomenon of college students employment. In the period of social transformation, the employment challenge of college students is not only related to social environment, the family education and some other factors, but also inextricably linked with the qualities of college students. Integrity as one of the important components of students’comprehensive qualities plays a very important role in the employment process of college students. Lacking of honesty and credit will firstly influent the students, then it will has negative effects on the college and the whole society, contemporary university students employment situation change not only needs the help of the government, enterprises, colleges and universities, but also inseparable from the students’comprehensive quality promotion, accomplish truly honest employment. The author thinks that we can take the following measures to solve the employment problems of college students’honesty: for the government, try to create a good social environment, define the honesty and dishonesty clearly, establish a supervision and restriction mechanism, and to take active measures to solve the problems of employment of college graduates, for colleges and universities, they should pay attention to college students’ideological and moral quality, good faith consciousness education, cultivate talents needed by society, for enterprises, to change minds, seek truth from facts to set a desired position using standard, finally, the society should also strengthen the supervision and education to the college students’ideology and morality, honesty consciousness.
