On Problems And Countermeasures About Integrity Education Of College Student Party Members

On basis of Marxist methodology and relevant theory of persuasion education theory,this thesis aims to systematically research the problems about the Integrity Education of College Student Part Members.It focusses on the educational goals of college and ideas and behaviors of the real situation of college student part members,does deep analysis on the causes of related problems,and explores the countermeasures to solve the problems,thus providing some consultative suggestion for integrity education of college student party members which will be made by college in future.The author holds that the Communist Party of China always attaches importance to the integrity education of party members,and the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core puts it in a more important position.However,the current integrity education is more concentrated in the party and government organs of party members and leading cadres,and the integrity education of college student party members which being a key component of the Communist Party members is not satisfactory.There are still four problems in the process of integrity education,such as pail of the education subject lacks self-discipline,the content of education is limited to the education of honest and clean government,the means of education lack of pertinence and effectiveness,and the self-discipline of the object of education needs to be strengthened.And the problems are mainly caused by four aspects,that is the mechanism of "Three-wide Education" in colleges is not really established and play its full role,colleges fail to give full play to the positive function of Chinese traditional culture,college students party members are lack of integrity consciousness and lack of ability to resist bad social atmosphere.The author calls for a high degree of emphasis on the integrity education of college student Party members,the party and the state to strengthen the top-level design of the theory and practice of integrity education,colleges to give full play to the integrity education,social forces take the initiative to shoulder the assistant responsibility of integrity education,and college students party members take the initiative to enhance the advocacy of honesty and integrity,so as to truly improve the overall effciency of integrity education of Chinese college student party members.
