College students are the successors of socialism and the national higher education group,they want to promote the social progress and development of the main force,and they are the construction of the socialist moral system with Chinese characteristics.But in face of the development of the market economy and the development trend of cultural diversity,college students have arisen faith and moral show serious problems,one of the most serious problems is College Students’ employment integrity.The party put forward decision in the fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee: “adhere to the strategy of the combination of the rule of law and rule of virtue”,college students as the representative of the national culture and the future builders should practice the correct moral integrity and actively guide the healthy to the fashion.In this paper,I study the college students in several colleges and universities in Dalian city as the research object,such as Liaoning Normal University,Dalian University of Technology,Dalian Foreign Language University,Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and Dalian Jiaotong University and so on.Through the questionnaire,understand the employment situation of integrity of college students,in order to analyze the reasons and the corresponding research on the phenomenon,I aim to solve the problem of College Students’ lack of employment integrity.This paper divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper describes the background and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovation and inadequacies.The second part is the main body.This part includes four aspects.First of all,this paper expounds the relevant overview of the lack of honesty in college students’ employment.At the same time,this paper puts forward the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research on College Students’ employment integrity.Secondly,the analysis of the current situation of College Students’ employment integrity.Most of the college students’ employment integrity positive thinking,some college students employment integrity awareness is weak,the specific performance of your resume "water injection",written examination,interview,a cheat arbitrarily signing contract.In this part,the author analyzes the causes of the lack of honesty in college students’ employment.From the four aspects of the complex social environment,the weak effectiveness of higher education,lack of family education and the weak subjective consciousness.Finally,this paper analyzes the causes of some college students’ honesty problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: that is,the society,schools,families and individuals should correct the deficiencies and improve their respective advantages.To solve the problem of College Students’ lack of employment integrity from the external and internal factors,strengthen the awareness of College Students’ employment integrity,improve their own moral integrity.The third part is the conclusion.Through the study of the lack of honesty in college students’ employment,we can draw a conclusion that it is a long process and a difficult task to solve the problem of the lack of honesty in college students’ employment.
