As a traditional morality of China, honesty is a basic moral standard in our country and a virtue that college students should inherit and develop. College students should be inheritor and promoter as social elites. But with college enrollment and self-employment mechanisms established, the employment pressure of college students is also growing. Accompanied with great pressure of employment, many college students become lack in integrity in the job search process, such as resume falsification, certificate fraud, unilateral dismissal, etc. This phenomenon is no longer individual students’special one, but become a general behavior. Which cause the concern of college, employer and society. Therefore, survey the Graduate Employment dishonesty of the status quo, explore the reasons for its existence, and, accordingly put forward the corresponding solutions, it is particularly necessary.
