In the current management practice,how to improve the performance of enterprise management has become an important issue concerned by the industry.Enterprise activities are closely focused on creating and maintaining high performance,and an important means to improve enterprise performance is performance appraisal.And the performance appraisal which takes the key performance indicator as the core is regarded as the key of the performance appraisal.Performance evaluation is mainly a close combination of evaluation and goals.On the one hand,it can highlight organizational focus and achieve organizational goals;on the other hand,it is relatively simple and easy to operate with a relatively low threshold for implementation,thus providing a positive guarantee for the improvement of organizational performance to a certain extent.Taking the performance management of the network construction project of NC University of China Mobile Corporation as the research object,this paper discusses how to improve the benefits of enterprises through the project performance management.First of all,the paper introduces the concept and theoretical basis of performance appraisal on the basis of combing the relevant literature.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance management of the network construction project of NC University of China Mobile NC Corporation,and finds that the project has the following problems: the performance appraisal standard is not rigorous,the performance appraisal cycle is too short,the performance appraisal content is not complete,and the communication and communication are lacking during the performance appraisal process.Finally,the paper constructs the performance appraisal system scheme of NC University network construction project from the aspects of performance appraisal principles,performance appraisal system improvement ideas,performance appraisal index optimization,performance appraisal process optimization,strengthening the application of performance appraisal results and the guarantee measures for the implementation of performance appraisal system.Finally,on the whole,this paper enriches the research content of performance appraisal,and brings a lot of enlightenment for the network construction project of NC Company and NC University and similar companies on how to optimize performance appraisal and improve performance management level.
