The Present Situation Of The Graduate Student Interpersonal Analysis And Countermeasures And Suggestions

Contemporary society is increasingly high demand for graduate students interpersonal skills and have far-reaching significance of graduate development and social progress and harmonious interpersonal exchanges. In this paper the use of the combination of literature research and empirical research, on the basis of a large number of access to documents of Qingdao City, certain colleges and universities in the school graduate, graduate student instructors and graduate student parents interviewed, the status of research postgraduate interpersonal exchanges and the existence of the problem, by Graduate interpersonal exchanges in all aspects of social, family, college, graduate students themselves, to find out the deeper reason, and countermeasures. The focus of this paper is higher education, including graduate student instructors, counselors, as a starting point, from university leadership, the graduate student instructors, graduate counselors one by one to three aspects of a detailed analysis of the impact on graduate student interpersonal, and then for Graduate interpersonal problems, and put forward feasible suggestions to improve the graduate level of interpersonal and ability. This paper argues that colleges and universities to improve graduate student interpersonal many measures, a mentor to the formation of the academic group, the recommendations of the university leadership on teacher-student interaction and supervision; and family education into higher education, two from the instructors and parents to strengthen postgraduate education and training, to improve the current graduate students of the present situation of interpersonal communication.
