Research On The Interpersonal Communication Of Confucius In The Communcation Field

Communication is to communicate,and its’ main form is interpersonal communication.The thought of Confucius’ interpersonal communication is rich in connotation and has far-reaching influence,which has important enlightening role and practical significance to modern interpersonal activities.From the perspective of communication,this thesis consults and analyzes literature and texts,and explain the foundation of Confucius’ thoughts from three aspects: historical background,form and purpose so as to divide interpersonal relationship into two types: blood ties with the family relationship between father and son,husband and wife,brother and other members;and non-blood ties with the social relationship between the king and his subjects,teacher and student,the friends.Finally,summarize the essence of interpersonal communication.On that basis,the thesis analyzes the communication thoughts of Confucius’ interpersonal communication,and believes that interpersonal communication activities are based on the principle of "exact name","loyalty and trustworthy","be considerate" and "less is more".Besides,it takes "benevolence and righteousness","courtesy" and "difference within harmony" as the internal codes and external norms,to realize the unity of self and others in communication,and to construct "common sense space" with language and contextual communication art.Last but not least,this thesis puts the interpersonal communication ideology into modern society to solve interpersonal confusion and conflict,and modernizes the traditional culture by using "each of its sites" to establish harmonious interpersonal relationship,"benevolent love" to cultivate the modern concept and "courtesy" to improve interpersonal communication behavior.
