| The essence of human being is the sum of all social relations in its reality.Interpersonal communication plays a very important role in social practice.Since China’s reform and opening up,with the continuous development of science and technology and the constant improvement of social productivity,the scope of interpersonal interaction has been expanding,and the relationship among people has become closer and closer.At the same time,there are some problems in interpersonal communication,for example,affected by money worship and materialism,some people are profit-seeking in interpersonal communication,which results in alienation of interpersonal relations and so on.Therefore,under the current social background and the conditions of the times,there is an urgent need for healthy and reasonable rules of interpersonal communication to restrict and regulate individual behaviors to promote individual development,so as to rationalize and standardize interpersonal communication.Through the study of the rules of interpersonal communication,this paper concludes that the rules of interpersonal communication belong to one of the rules,which are mainly used to adjust,regulate and restrain people’s behavior,and to adjust the interests between people and the beneficial leverage of the interest pattern;Meanwhile,the interpersonal communication rules have the characteristics of democracy and changing with the continuous development of social economy;there are mainly two kinds,moral rules and legal rules,which play a vital role in the overall development of individuals and the steady progress of society.What’s more,through sorting out the development course of interpersonal communication rules in China since the reform and opening-up,it is concluded that under the current social background,there are two shortcomings in the rules of interpersonal communication in our country: imperfect rules of interpersonalcommunication and people’s weak awareness of observing rules.The reasons for the occurrence of these shortcomings are the influence of market economy,the trend of western liberalism and the rapid development of science and technology.To cope with these problems,we should take measures to promote the healthy development of interpersonal communication and social stability and progress from three aspects:improving people’s correct communication consciousness,accelerating the development of productive forces,and establishing and improving the moral and legal rules of interpersonal communication. |
