When the school transmission the social mainstream culture, it shape it’s own culture. However, when the school culture and students’ culture conflict, the phenomenon of counter-school culture may produce. High school students who face to the university entrance exam.are a special group, and their behaviors of counter-school culture deserve attention. By analyzing documents and define the school culture connotation and types. The paper takes X high school in Shandong province as an example, which investigates the present situation of behaviors of counter-school culture, analysis results and summarize students’representation of counter-school in the view of body discipline, reveal reasons and puts forward countermeasures. The paper has following five parts:Introduction states the origin, value and research situation of the research, as well as the research thinking and methods of the article.The first of the body define the concept of counter-school culture that students resist discipline that exert to students’bodies, and this resistance is contrary to schools’system and standard. Counter-school culture is divided into positive significance of counter-school culture and negative significance of counter-school culture. The research’s object is the latter.In the second part of the text, summarize the high school students’behaviors of counter-school culture, which depend on the investigation of X high school in Shandong province. The representation is reflected three aspects:Firstly, students run counter to rules of school in dressing and don’t comply with classroom disciplines; Secondly, students don’t agree with regulation and evaluation; Thirdly, physical activities are out of the restrict of school’time and space.Text of the third part is to search for the causes of counter-school culture. To begin with, The school management authority, and bad influence to the relationship between teachers and students; What’more, various rules and regulations limit students’ physical activities; In addition, students’ physical activities are highly restricted such as listening, saying, reading, looking, writing and so on; Finally, custom culture dominated by knowledge is full of classroom.The fourth part:put forward some countermeasures. First of all, X high school should reflect and revise it’s culture, which pays attention to the cultivation of the students ’cultural reflection and judgment. Second, X high school teachers should have a correct understanding of the school culture. Teachers should try to change the present situation of school cultural misreading, let the students fully understand the school culture by the appropriate way, and teachers act on the basis of the understanding of school culture, and transform students’ prejudice to school culture. Again, teachers improve the relations between teachers and students by changing the traditional teaching mode and treat every students fairly; Finally, arousing students’ enthusiasm to construct the campus culture.
