The pursuit of happiness is everyone’s goal in life, teachers as an important partof education, the experience of their well-being directly affects the effect of educationand teaching. Therefore, the study of teachers’ occupational well-being should betaken seriously enough. Due to the geographical environment, the personal valuejudgments everyone happy criteria are different, different teachers at the time the localability to have the happy experience of a happy experience there are some differences.Therefore, the theoretical research on teachers’ professional happiness should be readin conjunction with the actual situation of the individual teachers started. Narrativeresearch approach can be vivid, specific, real deep description of the survival status ofteachers and researchers about the researchers’ observations, to obtain first-handresearch data.The main content of this paper is mainly divided into four chapters:Chapter I Introduction section, introduces the problem of the origin and thesignificance of this thesis, happiness at home and abroad, and teachers ’sense ofhappiness, the shortcomings of the current research, and the teachers’ occupationalwell-being of the concept of clearly defined. In addition, the combination of the basicrequirements of narrative research, explained the basic principles of narrative researchmethods used in this paper, and the cooperation of teachers and their schools where abrief introduction.The second chapter describes the survival status of the young urban teacher Zhaodimple and occupational well-being experience, Zhao dimple teachers I have met themost "diligent" Ideological and Political Education college graduates to participate inthe four years, the favorite hairBowen, a diary of her feelings, the students’ everymove can cause an emotional female teachers.
