Teachers are the first resource for education development,giving priority to the development of education,and teachers at all.Paying attention to the development of teachers and exploring their career happiness is the core proposition.As the foundation of basic education,preschool education plays a foundation role in the development of the whole life.In recent years,"child abuse" has been frequent,and people’s attention to kindergarten teachers has remained high.Therefore,this study takes F City X Kindergarten as an example to explore what is the source of professional happiness of X Kindergarten teachers.This research is supported by the theory of Humanity theory and adopts the method of educational narrative.Through in-depth interviews and observations of X Kindergarten teachers,the source of career happiness of X Kindergarten teachers is described from four dimensions.The full text of the study includes the following aspects:The introduction part describes the research background,research significance,research ideas and research methods of this research.This is followed by a literature review,which provides theoretical support for this research through a general review of human theory,preschool teachers’ professional well-being,and educational narrative research.The second,third,fourth and fifth parts respectively explore whether the demand of the kindergarten teachers is satisfied,whether the labor is respected,whether the social relations are harmonious,and whether the personality is free,comprehensively and fully developed to explore the source of professional happiness of the kindergarten teachers.The sixth part is a summary of the conclusions and research reflections of this study.The conclusion of this study is that the professional happiness of X Kindergarten teachers comes from the satisfaction of their needs,the respect of labor,the harmony of social relations and the free,comprehensive and full development of individuality. |
