In the second chapter, from the values, schools and managementdepartments, social, personal factors four factors that affect teachers’ job burnout, a detailedanalysis.In order to analyze the current situation of the Qingyun secondary school teachers’ jobburnout, on the basis of access to large amounts of data, I also more than 800 teacherquestionnaires, and conducted interviews on the part of teachers.The third part of the article, I believe that the secondary school teacher burnoutphenomenon in order to completely solve the short term can not be realized. We can only takecertain remedial or preventive measures to mitigate or avoid the burnout phenomenongenerated from the seeds of burnout, proceed from the root. The following is a combination oflarge amounts of data, and summarize some preliminary response from the community,schools and education authorities, teachers, individual aspects.Establish the correct values; a correct understanding of burnout; the whole society toestablish a real respect for teachers of the wind; to implement people-oriented management;improve and strictly implement the teachers ’access system, strict teachers doorway, andimprove teachers’ exit mechanism; countries to develop teacher qualification standards ofteachers serving the academic standards and character requirements.Finally, the article also briefly described the prevention of secondary school teachers’ jobburnout, and some of their simple view of the problem of teacher burnout.
