In order to understand the secondary vocational school teachers in the occupational burnout, the study first used Wu Zhen, Zhao really adaptation of secondary vocational school teachers occupational burnout scale, using a questionnaire survey, the 210 teachers survey, the recovery of 205 questionnaires, of which 200 valid questionnaires. (6) The impact of the teacher burnout factor is the major factor in students, teachers and self-development work load in three aspects.Based on the findings of the study, this paper analysis the subject and object reasons which cause teachers'burnout.on the xiew of education administer,the paper brings up some strateqies from three aspects:society circumstances;school conditions,teachers self-development.The strategies are as follows:1) As far as society circumstances are concerned governments ndde enhance the functions to accord the business and education;increase the incomes of teachers,improve secondary vocational school teacher's psychology states.2) As far as school conditions are concerned,it is necessary to accerlerate the system of reformarion of secondary vocational school,strengthen the construction of the teachers,pay attention to the development of the teachers'job occupation,build good culture of constitution.3) As far as teachers self-development are concerned,The teachers need improve them selves abilities to build self-confidence through persistent study and innovation with persistent study,the teachers can accomplise consent of the job occupation and make progress.Let the teachers of secondary vocation school get out of the shadow of the jon burnout,keep up healthy psychology. |
