《Basic education course reform program (try out)"》said: Change the course structureputting too much emphasis on subjects, the subject too much and lacking of integrationnow……In order to adapt to different regions and the needs of the development of students,reflect the balancing, integrity and selectivity of the course structure. So, teaching curriculumconformity strategy is very necessary in middle school. Curriculum integration is a generalconcept; it contains many aspects, for example, integration of experience, integration of socialproblems, integration of subject content, and integration of the course design. And this paperselect one of aspects as the key point. That is the integration of the subject contents. This isbased on the current situation of the curriculum in China. Although curriculum integration is oneof the content of the curriculum reforming, but as the situation of education development inChina is different many school can not put curriculum integration strategy into practice and stillteach in branch. This paper is fit to the actual situation of the current, researching the integrationof teaching content under the background of teaching in branch. And the integration of teachingcontent includes the integration of teaching contents in the subject and the integration of teachingcontent among subjects. This paper mainly studies the integration of teaching content amongsubjects.This paper mainly adopts literature analysis, interviews, the induction method and caseanalysis. First of all I research all kinds of documents in order to know the present situationabout this field. Then I interview several teachers in order to know the present research situationand the problems. After researching many documents the author thinks that the curriculumintegration between disciplines is that let students contact other subjects and reconstruct theknowledge in order to make students study smoothly. This paper lists a lot of knowledge whichhas contact with geography such as mathematics, Chinese, politics, music and other disciplines.It reflects the practicing characteristics of education master. Although we encourage theintegration strategy of teaching contents, but it has its own principles. We must follow theprinciples of right amount, moderating, respecting the fact, stressing geography and so on.The integration of teaching contents changes the depressing atmosphere in geography class. Also students can adapt to the requirement of the need of the compound talents. Besides, it isvery important to the quality of teachers.
