With the development of China's economy and society,the scale of various industries is gradually expanding,so the demand for talents is increasing year by year.At present,there is a huge demand for education,and the existing educational resources can not meet the needs of residents.Private education is undertaking more and more educational tasks in the development of education in China.In this context,the development of vocational colleges,especially the development of private vocational colleges,has entered an era of opportunities and challenges.However,there are still many problems in the development of private vocational education.As the existence of dual attributes of enterprises and higher education institutions,its development needs and management operation have certain particularity.Only by solving these problems,or finding a feasible direction for the solution of these problems,can we help them realize the transformation,break through the difficulties,fully release their potential,and realize the educational ideal of educating people for the party and the country.In this study,from the perspective of organizational culture,the author tries to find out the problems and the essential reasons of the difficulties in the EN Voluntary Vocational College,and solve these problems through the reconstruction of organizational culture.After comparing the research development and application fields of various organizational cultures and analyzing the evaluation tools of various organizational cultures,this study uses the quantitative and qualitative methods,takes the opposite value model as the analysis paradigm,and uses the OCAI system developed by Kim Cameron and Robert Quinn to analyze the private en vocational college.Through questionnaire survey,interview,drawing and analysis of organizational culture outline,we can identify and verify the current problems and causes of en college,and design the organizational culture reconstruction of private en vocational college with the help of its organizational culture transformation tools.
