The research analyses the current situation of university teachers’ job performancewith the questionnaire. And it probes into the reasons for the differences among teachersand the relevant factors of teachers’ job performance from two angles between schoolcharacteristic variables and the individual characteristic variables. Finally, based on theresults above, the research put forward some counter measures to promote job performanceThe results show that:(1) The teachers’ job performance in the age, sex, educationdoes not exist significant differences. There are significant differences on teachers’ jobperformance in different professional types, titles, and teaching ages.(2) School age,professional type, the interaction of teachers’ age and gender affects job dedication. Schoolage, the interaction of teachers’ age and gender affects interpersonal relationship. Theinfluence factors of university teachers’ scientific research performance include teachers’gender, title, professional type.(3) Teachers’ behaviors and management system arepositively related with teachers’ job performance.Management system are positivelyrelated with job dedication and scientific research performance.(4) Teachers’ behaviorscan forecast interpersonal facilitation remarkably. Management system do better topredictive effects of teaching performance. Teachers’ behaviors and management systemdo better to predictive effects of job dedication. Leadership style and teachers’ behaviorsdo better to predictive effects of scientific research performance.
