In recent years, with the fast development of the higher vocational college,the issue on the relationship between the higher vocational college teachers'psychological healthy level and the school's organizational climate is a new research topic. At present, there is much research on the primary school,the middle school and the college teachers'psychological healthy state, but the research on the higher college teachers' psychological healthy state remains at the exploring stage, and the study on the relationship between the higher vocational college teachers'psychological healthy level and the school's organizational climate is really in want. It is the objective demand of the research on the relationship between the higher vocational college teachers'psychological healthy level and the school's organizational climate and the realistic need of the development of the higher vocational college, on one hand, which can help the higher vocational college teachers self-control the psychological problem which may appear in them, and improve the teachers'self-efficacy feeling, even improve the higher vocational teachers'psychological healthy level; on the other hand, which can construct the better organizational climate for the higher vocational college, and supplies the theoretical support to perfecting the higher vocational college's management and promoting the higher vocational college's educating and teaching.This study follows the thinking as:theory analysis——practical survey——developing character and relationship. Based on the former literature and questionnaires,the study probes into the state of the psychological health of the higher vocational college teachers and the character of the higher vocational college organizational climate and its developing character through exploratory and confirmatory analysis.At the same time, the study of the relationship between the two, based on SCL-90 questionnaire applied widely in home and the school organizational climate describing questionnaire edited by Hoy & Clover, discusses the difference of the higher vocational college teachers'psychological healthy level among different school's organizational climate, and the structural model of the two and puts forward that the higher vocational college teachers' psychological healthy level is connected with the school's organizational climate remarkably.Conclusion made by this study are as follows:1.Compared with the ordinary adults'psychological healthy state at home, the higher vocational college teachers'psychological healthy state is notably different; there is no notable difference in the influence of the higher vocational college organization atmosphere on the teachers'psychological healthy level on sexual distinction, but there is notable difference between the title of a professional post and the record of formal schooling, which particularly displays the teachers'psychological healthy level with lower record of formal schooling and lower title of a professional post is junior to those with higher record of formal schooling and higher title of a professional post.2.The research puts forward that there is notable difference on the teachers' psychological healthy level among different higher vocational college's organizational climate.The school's organizational climate, as the directly environment which influences the teachers'teaching and studying, plays an important role upon the teachers'physical and mental development. The study also shows that the teachers' psychological healthy level in good school's organizational climate is higher than that in bad school's organizational climate.3.The research shows that the presidents'supportive behavior and restrictive behavior in the school organizational climate is positively connected with the teachers' psychological healthy level,of which the supportive behavior plays a more important role; the teachers' close behavior and apart behavior is negatively connected with the teachers'psychological healthy level,of which the close behavior plays a more important role.
